General Merchology Shipping Info

  • Lead times for products can vary depending upon the brand, product type, inventory status, and decoration method. Be sure to check each product page for its specific lead times.
  • Most orders decorated with new logos will typically ship out from our facilities within 10 - 12 business days. Then, the transit time to your location is added.
  • For the fastest turnaround time, check out our 3 Day Delivery Collection and our Quick Ship Collection. Additionally, Rush Processing is available on most products to help you receive your order even faster – please contact us for further information.

  • Track your order from payment to delivery with our Merch Tracker feature in your Merchology account!

  • Blank Sample orders will ship out from our facilities within 1 - 5 business days. Then, transit time to your location is added.

Ground Shipping Info

  • Ground shipping is automatically applied to all decorated orders within the continental United States. Exceptions may apply.
  • Ground shipping is free on orders over $5000.00.
  • For orders that you need delivered fast, you can upgrade your shipping method either at checkout OR after placing your order by working with your assigned Customer Success Specialist.
  • If shipping internationally, you can view your shipping costs on the checkout page. 
  • Flat shipping rates are based on order value and are listed as follows:

Orders less than $200 $15.99
Orders between $200-$999 $17.99
Orders between $1000-$1499 $62.50
Orders between $1500-$1999 $87.50
Orders between $2000-$2499 $112.50
Orders between $2500-$2999 $137.50
Orders between $3000-$3499 $162.50
Orders between $3500-$3999 $187.50
Orders between $4000-$4499 $212.50

Shipping Address Entry

  • It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address is entered correctly. Please carefully review all the details at checkout prior to completing your order. Please double check your address for accuracy at checkout. An incorrectly entered address can delay or prevent delivery.

Direct Drop Shipping

Merchology is pleased to offer Direct Drop Shipping to multiple addresses within a single order! With our new drop shipping program, we can individually ship custom apparel and corporate gifts to your entire staff or client list on your behalf, including both residential and commercial addresses, even internationally! 

Whether you're sending just one item each, or full custom gift bundles, Merchology can help you deliver appreciation and recognition wherever it's needed. Perfect for remote employees, multiple office locations, and virtual event gifting, direct drop shipping will take the hassle off your hands.

The cost to drop ship domestically within the continental US is $15.99 with an additional $3.00 handling fee required on some orders.  Drop shipping outside of the US will incur higher rates. Click here to learn more.

Order Placement & Shipping Process (Full Service Proofing)

  • Immediate Confirmation Email: Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an automatically generated email confirmation with your order number.

  • Digital Proof Emailed to You: Within 2 to 3 business days, you will receive a proof via email of your digitized logo design.

  • Proof Approval: You must approve your logo proof within 24 hours to keep your order on schedule! Edits to the logo, or delays in approval, will set back your order ship date.

    If you do not approve or submit edits to your proof within 48 hours, it will be automatically approved. This will send your order into production as it appears on your proof.

  • Production: Once your logo is approved or the 48 hour window has passed, your order goes into production!

  • Order Ships: After production is complete, your order will go through quality control and be packaged up for shipping via the shipping method you selected at checkout.

      • You will receive an email with your order's tracking number when it leaves our warehouse.
      • Ground Shipping typically takes 3 to 5 days for delivery.
      • Expedited shipping is also available at checkout, as well as after placing your order by working with your assigned Customer Success Specialist.

Order Placement & Shipping Process (Waive Proof + Express Shipping)

      • Immediate Confirmation Email: Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an automated email confirmation with your order number.

      • Logo Setup: Immediately upon receipt of your order with your new logo artwork, our team of digitizers will set up your artwork to be used for the customization method chosen at checkout. Since you have waived your proof, we are able to quickly send your artwork file to our production team to start customizing your order.

      • Production: Our team of experts set up the appropriate machine that will add your logo to the items purchased. They ensure correct logo placement, the correct colors are used, and the finished products are ready to go.

      • Order Ships: After production is complete, your order will go through quality control and be packaged up to ship out to you via the shipping method chosen at checkout.

        • You will receive an email with your tracking number when it leaves our warehouse.
        • Ground Shipping typically takes 3 to 5 days for delivery.
        • Expedited shipping is also available and can be purchased at checkout.

Logos & Additional Fees

      • The digitizing and decoration of 1 logo (a maximum of 10,000 stitches for logo embroidery and up to 2 colors for screen printing) are FREE on all orders, your price will always be the same as what was shown in the order confirmation you received post order placement.
      • Options that can occur additional charges include: multiple logos, additional colors, or additional stitches beyond what we include, and upgrades in shipping method could be cause for extra costs after the point of order placement if requested.
      • In these cases, you will be notified about the additional charges from our order processing team and will have to purchase them separately in a new order link before we proceed – we will never charge your credit card without your permission!
